People that manage food allergies think about food all of the time. But what about nutrition? For parents or registered dietitians who want to become an expert in nutrition and food allergy, this session will help them get there. The presenters will help you assess the risk for growth problems and nutritional deficiencies. The session will also cover strategies regarding both what to eat and how to feed kids. All tips and tricks are evidence-based and will help parents and nutritionists be proactive to prevent growth problems and nutritional deficiencies.
