Much of food allergy support networks in elementary, middle, and high school, as well as college have begun to catch up with the needs that food allergies present: food allergy free classrooms, resources from nurse's offices, and allergy-free dining to name a few. But life on your own after graduation presents you with struggles and with no form of structure anymore to find those resources to make it through.  

Through their own life experiences Sarah, Lisa and Maeve have learned how to successfully navigate interviews, having the "food allergy conversation" with your employer, working meals and traveling on the job and they are here to share their knowledge.
